A naked and blood-soaked black man has been arrested after police found the body of an elderly woman in her home

Moses Trotter, 32, from Sacramento, was arrested after police surrounded the victim's home and ordered him to come out. Police were first called to the area after another resident reported a naked man had broken in. When he chased him out of the house, Trotter then entered another on Olympic Way and when police arrived, he ran out bloody and naked. After a brief struggle he was detained and arrested. The victim, who is in her eighties, had obvious signs of trauma to her body. She was pronounced dead at the scene. Trotter is being held without bail in the Sacramento County Main Jail on a felony murder charge.
