The survey of Census data found that black kids typically start out in broken homes, with just 30% of black two-year-olds living with their parents, dropping to 17% at age 17.

Well it wasn't that high ever.
I would imagine it must have been in the 90's range for Whites in the fifties.
Watching TV shows and commercials one would think ALL negro children live in prosperous, 2- parent households. More propaganda, I guess. What's new in the Land of the Free?
