Hispanic rapist accuses his victim of witchcraft

Police said Hector Pineda raped and beat the woman regularly for four years. Officers said Pineda denied the abuse, and claimed to be a victim of witchcraft he said was done by the accuser. Pineda was charged with rape and battery. He was also charged with financial identity fraud and obstructing governmental operations, because police said he gave them a fake name and driver's license before admitting his real identity.
