A black man out of prison after a murder conviction has been arrested in connection with a sexual assault on a woman

Jarod Allen Poe, 25, has been charged with first-degree rape and first-degree sodomy, according to records at Mobile County Metro Jail. He was also charged with a felony probation violation.
