Minority violence in Brooklyn

3 Hispanics have been arrested in McCarren Park and charged with attempted murder, gang assault, criminal possession of a weapon and menacing. The Latino thugs have been identified as Argenis Zarzuela, 18, Seth Martinez, 16, and Kenny Nunez, 15.
