In analyzing federal data for an in-depth examination of the nation’s historically black colleges and universities, researchers found that the six-year graduation rates at 20 schools were 20% or lower in 2015

This means that four of five beginning freshmen at those schools didn’t earn a degree within six years.

HBCUs should do like Baltimore high schools and just give all students a degree after four years, whether they show up for class or not. They're sure to get high-paying jobs anyway, as it would be racist not to hire them.

The original compromise was to consider blacks 3/5th of a person. Data shows they’re 4/5th of a graduate.
