Blacks are leaving Blue State America for Red State America

Steve Sailer says that this is because Republican low wage policies are attractive to blacks and Hispanics - who tend to be less educated than whites and Asians - because they end up creating a lot of low skill jobs. At the same time, Democrats tend to favor policies that discriminate against the less educated - such as African-Americans and Latinos - since they make the creation of low wage/low skill jobs more difficult.
