Apparently, they are
angry that a
black criminal was killed by the police. The dead criminal, Mark Duggan, was a member of a Jamaican crime gang known as the
Yardies. For some reason,
blacks like to riot on behalf of the worst members of their community.

But they are stealing large amounts of public funds in the US.
Personally, I find it amusing that blacks are engaging in a race riot on the same weekend that the new Planet of the Apes movie was released.
