The black man who flashed a young girl as she walked to school has finally been identified and found to be a city employee who worked with a youth group

Andrew McFall, 41, was arrested after he was finally identified using security footage that caught him just as he was about to inappropriately expose himself to the 11-year-old girl. The girl was walking to school in Harlem when the black man started screaming profanities at her and then flashed her. The girl promptly told employees at her school and her mother, who reported the incident to the police. McFall worked as the director of the city's Youth Connect program and was fired after he was arrested for public lewdness and endangering the welfare of a child with bail set at $3,500. McFall has a 6-year-old son and his relationship status is unknown. Prior to working for the city, he serves as both deputy and executive director of Boys & Girls Clubs in Kips Bay and Harlem respectively. He was fired from the Kips Bay position for unknown reasons in March 2010. Prosecutors were reportedly investigating another allegation of abuse against him as well when he was arrested.

How much do you think this negro, who apparantly never had to submit to a background check even though he was working with children, was being paid?

Whatever it was it was too much. Many government jobs in NYC are just ways to reduce the number of unemployed blacks in the city and so there is very little in the way of background checks. You would be amazed at the number of people with criminal backgrounds who work in NYC government jobs.

Average Joe- How dare you make a racist comment like that about NYC government. There are many whites who work for NYC governemt and have no clue what they are doing and were hired because of connections with the mayor. Black employees have to take test be considered to work for the city. Stop the stupid comments whatever Andrew was making is besides the point the point is nobody black nor white should engage in any sexual activities with children.
