A black teenager faces charges that he repeatedly sexually abused a child under age 10 for more than four years, police said

Akri Jibri Clegg, 19, faces charges of first-degree sex offense with a child under age 13, attempted first-degree rape and indecent liberties with a child. Police said that the abuse started in January 2007, when Clegg was 16 and the victim age 5, and continued through June 2011. Clegg was placed in the Lee County jail under a $100,000 secured bond and scheduled to appear in court on Sept. 11, 2011.
