Woman sells her daughters to black sex offender

A mother is under investigation for driving her preteen daughters to Wichita to have sex with a registered sex offender. The woman's children were 10 and 11 years old when the sexual abuse began. The sex offender, James Brown, has been arrested. He is being held on suspicion of 72 counts of crimes against children including: suspicion of rape, indecent solicitation of a child, aggravated indecent liberties with a child, aggravated human trafficking, criminal sodomy, aggravated endangering a child, sexual exploitation of a child and aggravated kidnapping. No charges have been filed against the mother, but police are still investigating her role, and the children are out of their mother's custody. The Kansas Sex Offender Registry says that Brown was convicted in September 2002 of lewd and lascivious behavior against a 12-year-old.
