What are the best countries for a child to be born in 2013?

The top 15 countries for a child to be born in 2013 are: Switzerland, Australia, Norway, Sweden, Denmark, Singapore, New Zealand, Netherlands, Canada, Hong Kong, Finland, Ireland, Austria, Taiwan and Belgium. Germany and the United States tie for 16th place. In general, the best countries are either in Europe or have majority white populations.

Immigration restrictionist switzerland tops the charts. I believe they have the local communities determine whether or not an alien national gets residency and such.
