A black man is accused of luring a girl who was on her way to the bus stop into his car and molesting her after promising a ride

Utchey Cabane, 26, has been charged with sexual battery, child abuse, contributing to the delinquency of a minor and attempted kidnapping with intent to harm, according to an Orlando Police Department investigative report. A girl of unknown age told detectives that she was walking to the bus stop and was running late when Cabane offered her a ride. The report said that Cabane drove past the bus stop and stopped farther down the road. That is when Cabane began to kiss the victim and touch her inappropriately. The victim told investigators that she was forced to perform sex acts out of fear Cabane would hurt her.
