Circumcision in San Francisco

As the controversy over a proposed San Francisco ballot initiative to prohibit infant circumcision there smolders, Jason Paige the current lead singer for the legendary rock group Blood, Sweat & Tears has come out in strong support of the proposal, which is set for a vote in November 2011. Paige, who is Jewish, is the victim of a circumcision complication and speaks candidly to "Beyond the Bris," a web-based multimedia project that is giving voice to the current Jewish movement opposing non-medically necessary infant circumcision.
