A twin study has shown that hair is, on average, lighter-colored in women than in men, with red hair being especially more frequent in females

Women also show greater variation in hair color. This may mean that selection has acted more strongly on European women than on European men to diversify the palette of human hair colors.

My three brothers and I and my sister were all blond as kids, tow head, it was called. In our family pictures all you can see is blond hair, but as we kids grew up we boys' blond hair turned brown, but our sister's has stayed blond.

The only "sweeping policy" would be not to pick the trash out of the water when the boats are deliberately capsized. Let em drown, the news will cry racisssss and the rest of the muslim filth in Indonesia will get the hint...MAYBE!
