A 23-year old illegal immigrant from Honduran has been accused of secretly taking photos up the skirts of women in Connecticut as they shopped for clothes

Police have said that Erik Rios-Carranza is facing 137 counts of voyeurism. Police arrested Rios-Carranza at a Macy’s store in the Westfield Trumbull mall after a security officer saw Rios-Carranza put a small video camera under a young woman’s skirt when she bent to look at clothing. Police found skirt pictures from Trumbull and Milford malls and from a Bristol amusement park on Rios-Carranza’s camera.
