Race and the performance of high school graduates in English, reading, math, and science

Just 4% of African-Americans met the benchmarks in all four subjects, compared with 11% of Hispanics and American Indians, 15% of Pacific Islanders, 31% of whites, and 41% of Asian-Americans. At least 50% of African-American, Hispanic, and American-Indian students didn’t meet any of the four benchmarks.
