A black man charged with sexually assaulting a 4-year-old girl has been charged in a separate incident also involving a 4-year-old student, police said

Brad Minor has been charged with aggravated sexual battery in addition to the charges of indecent liberties with child by person in custodial relationship and forcible sodomy he faces. The 23-year-old Minor worked at the Chesterbrook Academy, a private school in Leesburg. The school said that it had fired him. A parent at the school informed Leesburg police about comments made by the child. The investigation led to the initial charges against Minor. The Leesburg Police Department was made aware of a second, separate complaint involving a different 4 year-old child at the school. Minor has been charged with aggravated sexual battery. He remains in the Loudoun County Adult Detention Center without bond.
