Actually, it is probably the New South Wales police who are appealing.
Of course they are Australian, but then so are the Queensland police, the Victorian police, ...
True, but many people outside of Australia don't know that New South Wales is in Australia.
I actually know the young girl involved and to all the ppl that believe she was probly wearing a short skirt or something revealing needs to to find out the facts first this girl actually never even wears dresses let alone a skirt or anything provocotive shes a smart young girl who was on her way home at an early time on a normally busy late night shopping night and never thought that it would happen to her goes to show it could happen to anyone and as for police officers who were at the platform why didn't you stop the train when you had the chance?it is my understanding that the train was still on the platform after she told the officers what had happened.I personally love reading the train signs saying that there is a 6 hour delay if someone vomits on a train yet that couldn't stop a train that was right in front of them with a bunch of molesters luckly the girl involved escaped but some other poor girl probly could have still got raped cause they weren't stopped in their tracks litterally.SORRY IF IT DELAYS THE TRAIN TIMETABLE.
