Blacks are more likely than others to be arrested in almost every city for almost every type of crime

Nationwide, black people are arrested at higher rates for crimes ranging from murder and assault to loitering and marijuana possession.

We need to dramatically increase the number of white criminals so we can have better racial balance in crime.

Or, let black criminals do whatever they want. This seems to be what the government prefers.
