Authorities in southern Minnesota have caught a 31-year-old black man wanted in the killings of his girlfriend and her three children in Florida

Henry Segura, 31, is charged with killing his 27-year-old girlfriend, their son and her twin daughters in Tallahassee, Florida. He was arrested without incident as he was leaving his home for work, according to Le Sueur County Sheriff Tom Doherty. A shotgun was found in his pick-up truck. Investigators had been watching Segura for a couple days since U.S. marshals and Tallahassee police learned that he was living in Le Sueur County. Segura has been working for about a month as a welder for Unimin, one of the nation's largest sand producers. Brandi Peters, 27, her six-year old twin daughters Tamiya and Taniya and her three-year old son Javante Segura were all killed in their home in November 2010. Segura’s arrest comes on what would have been the seventh birthday of the twin daughters. Segura will be held in the Le Suer County Jail pending an extradition hearing. He is expected to be returned to Tallahassee, Florida, where he will face charges on four counts of capital murder.
