A Baldwin County jury has found a black man guilty of second-degree rape of an underage girl

The jury returned its verdict against 44-year-old Kalvin Gatrey. On three occasions between December 2009 and April 2010, Gatrey had forcible sexual intercourse with a girl who was over age 12 but under age 16, according to his indictment. Second-degree rape is a Class B felony punishable by up to 20 years in prison.
