A man from El Salvador locked up in the Santa Fe County jail on an immigration charge is now also accused of raping a 4-year-old girl

New Mexico State Police say that Martín Soriano, 43, is in custody held on suspicion of child rape, child molestation and aggravated indecent exposure. Investigators say that the victim told other family members about the abuse after being left for babysitting at Soriano's house.
