The black son of a former cabinet minister has been jailed for sexually assaulting a woman in Britain

A jury at Kingston Crown Court found Benjamin Boateng, 27, guilty of sexual assault of a 22-year-old and he was sentenced to three years and 10 months in prison. The court had heard that the victim was assaulted at a house party following a night clubbing in Mayfair in September 2010. Boateng, of Crawford Street, Marylebone, is the son of Lord Boateng the ex-Brent South MP and former British High Commissioner to South Africa.
