The majority of Norwalk, Connecticut students are graduating on time, although black, Hispanic and low-income teenagers continue to lag behind their peers

While 90.6% of Norwalk's white students graduated on time, the rate was 77% among black students, 78.7% among Hispanic students and 77.8% among low-income students.
