Police have arrested a Hispanic for drunk driving - and his 6-year-old daughter was in the back seat of the car

Authorities say that 31-year-old Francisco Fernandez had a blood alcohol level of 0.17, more than twice the legal limit. Officers said that Fernandez's eyes were blood shot, his speech was slurred and smelled of alcohol. Not only that, but police say that he's an illegal immigrant with a fake ID - which was used to gain employment. He also had four warrants out for his arrest.
